Irelands leading Radio Rally, organised by the Lagan Valley ARS, will be held on Saturday, 3 March 2012. The Village Centre, 7 Ballynahinch Road, Hillsborough, County Down, BT26 6AR is once again the venue and if you are in doubt as to where it is, see the map below or enter the post code in your Sat Nav.
This is our 33rd annual rally and our venue, the Village Hall, Hillsborough, is provng to be popular with visitors and traders alike. It is a far cry from our original rally venue in Lisburn's open air market on an often cold and wet Friday night but where the atmosphere was absolutely electric!
The venue at the Village Hall, Hillsborough is a state of the art, bright, airy hall offering a range excellent facilities which everyone can enjoy.
This year we are, as always, giving you the chance to win one of a number of prizes in our free ballot but to win, you must be in. In through the door that is since your door ticket doubles as your raffle ticket when the draw is made.
A number of Traders will be in attendance and information, help and advice will be available on a wide range of amateur radio related topics. Refreshments will be available throughout the day. Car parking is available. Doors open at 11:30 and we look forward to seeing you in historic Hillsborough for a fun day out.
